Veteran newscaster Greta Van Susteren, widely known for her work on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC, joined the newsroom as a part-time volunteer in late 2017. She quickly set to work on a number of high-profile interviews, including Senator Dick Durbin, who spoke about his travels to Myanmar’s Rakhine State and his evaluation of the crisis facing Rohingya refugees; South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, who discussed his concerns about Iran’s compliance with the Iran Nuclear Deal; and former National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, who discussed Saudi Arabia’s anti-corruption drive. Van Susteren also provided expert analysis on Robert Mueller’s Russia probe for several of the language services and started work on a new show that launched in early 2018.
